Refund Process

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected.

Inspection and Approval: If the product meets the conditions listed above, we will approve your return request. This process usually takes 2-3 business days to complete.

Refund Issuance: Once approved, the refund amount will be returned as follows:

If the product is defective / wrong product was sent: The full price paid, including the original shipping charges (if applicable), will be refunded.

If you change your mind: Only the product price will be refunded. In this case, Delivery and Return Shipping costs will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Time to Receive Refund: After the refund process is initiated, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reach your payment method (e.g., bank account, mobile banking, etc.

Return Shipping (Who Bears the Cost?)

For Wrong/Defective Products: If a wrong or defective product was sent by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.

For Change of Mind: If the customer wishes to return the item only due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
